This made me think some more, do they not realize that I can show them ANY home on the market, including homes NOT listed by me or my company? 

 Nowadays, it's just not the Real estate agents who have the access to the information online, so in other words, we are no longer the "gate keepers" so to speak of the information, but we are the interpreters! What does that mean exactly?  Well, if you are moving to a completely different neighbourhood, you may not be aware of pending projects in that neighbourhood, I will do all the necessary legwork to ensure there are no surprises after the sale.

The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing,  Ted McMeekin, informed the Legislative Today that the Government will not give Municipalities the ability to charge a Municipal Land Transfer Tax (MLTT).
